    Assistant Vice President of Branch Sales & Service Full-Time | $100,000 – $120,000 annually based on experience. Eligible for up to $20,000 in annual performance-based bonus, paid quarterly. We are seeking an experienced, people-driven leader to join our team as the Assistant Vice President of Branch Sales & Service . As the Assistant Vice President of Branch Sales and Service you are responsible for driving a consistent, high performing, sales and service culture across all TEG branch locations. This role takes ownership of branch sales strategies, execution, and performance, while ensuring operational excellence, strong member experience, and compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures. The AVP directly coaches and develops Branch Managers, partners closely with senior leadership and support departments, ensures branches achieve sales, service, and financial goals aligned with organizational priorities and success. Responsibilities: -Own and execute the branch sales and service strategy, including goals, incentives, campaigns, and reporting. Implement divisional sales expectations and sales management processes that support member growth and needs. -Establish and support annual, quarterly, and weekly sales planning disciplines with Branch Managers. -Monitor branch sales and service performance to identify trends, best practices, and gaps. -Coach, counsel, motivate and evaluate Branch Managers through regular one on ones, branch visits, and performance reviews. Build a strong leadership pipeline to support branch staffing needs. -Partner with Human Resources to drive hiring, onboarding, and training standards. Coordinate with training to ensure consistent sales, service, and product training. -Ensure consistent member experience and operational standards are met through quality assurance reviews, audits, and service-level expectations. -Lead branch-level issue escalation and resolution for complex member situations. -Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements related to deposits, digital channels, and branch operations. -Manage branch-level performance metrics, including deposits, consumer loans, cross-sell, referrals, and member satisfaction. -Prepare and present monthly and quarterly branch performance reporting to senior leadership. -Provide clear, actionable insights into branch productivity, staffing effectiveness, and financial performance. -Partner with Lending, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing departments to support new product rollouts, consumer lending initiatives, and process changes. -Coordinate branch execution of marketing promotions and measure ROI. -Assess local marketing conditions and competitors through mystery shopping, market visits, and campaign reviews. Performance Measurements: -Achievement of annual branch sales, service, and financial goals. -Consistent delivery of high-quality member experience, cultivating strong customer loyalty. -Impact inspiring and developing Branch Managers and branch staff driving retention, growth, and success. -Effective execution of sales initiatives, campaigns, and operational standards. -Timely, accurate reporting and communication of branch performance and trends to senior leadership. What We’re Looking For -7+ years of progressive experience in branch banking leadership, sales, management, or retail financial services. -Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent industry recognized certifications. -Strong ability to coach, influence, and develop team leaders and frontline teams. -High impact motivational leader cultivating excellence in a result oriented, member centric culture. -Excellent communication and presentative skills with all levels of staff and leadership. -Strong understanding of branch sales environment and products. -Experience with performance metrics, reporting and data-driven decision making.
