BayCare Medical Group Physician Offices are seeking passionate professionals to join our team and provide exceptional patient care and customer service at over 200 locations across Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties.

We are interviewing for the following positions:

+ Medical Assistants (MA, EMT, or Paramedic)

+ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

+ Medical Office Representatives

+ Surgery Schedulers

For this event our physician offices offer full-time openings—Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (hours may vary)—within Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements differ by role and will be discussed with a BayCare Talent Acquisition Advisor.

Medical Assistant (MA, EMT, or Paramedic):

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ Must obtain approved Medical Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire, or provide proof of active license/certification as EMT (Emergency Medical Technician), NREMT (Nationally Recognized Emergency Medical Technician), LPN, or Paramedic

+ If not currently certified or licensed, new hires must earn Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA, SCMA, or CMAC). You are required to test within 90 days of employment and pass within 6 months of employment, or failure to obtain will result in termination of employment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ Must have a valid Florida LPN license

Medical Office Representative:

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required

+ **Preferred:** 1 year of medical office experience and bilingual Spanish & English skills

Scheduler - Gastro Surgery (Pinellas County only)

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ A minimum of 1 year customer service or 1 year healthcare or 1 year business related experience is required

+ Seeking candidates that have surgery scheduling experience
