• Manufacturing Technician 1st Shift

    Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Assist Engineering with prototype product (and/or production equipment or process) development, and/or assembly & testing.

    + Assist Engineering by processing Task Requests (ETR's) as needed for Product Development work.

    + Responsible for machine refurbishment & testing in support of manufacturing.

    + Ability to safely work with chemicals using prescribed PPE

    + Develop and maintain records and data of engineering studies, test, and drawings, including performing, computation, plot data and preparing graphs.

    + Note deviations in performance not anticipated or indicated in the test procedures.

    + Assist with writing procedures & work instructions for machines and/or processes.

    + Assist with the development of process control plan, PFMEA, flow charts, etc.

    + Assist with training production employees on new machines and/or processes as needed.

    + Comply with quality systems procedures & documentation as required.

    + Performing product, manufacturing or applications and engineering support activities as directed.

    + Conducts tests involving electrical or electro-mechanical parts on assigned projects for prototypes, competitor products.

    + And other duties as assigned.
