    As a Program Manager on the OCC Process Optimization

    team, you’ll analyze, improve, and streamline workflows to enhance operational

    performance and reduce disruptions to Delta’s flights and customers. You will have the opportunity to work closely

    with OCC leaders and frontline teams, collaborating across Operations

    Management, Flight Control, Crew Operations, Air Traffic Management, ACS,

    TechOps, Technology, OAP and more. Your

    insights and leadership will help shape processes that drive meaningful change and

    keep Delta climbing higher. This is the perfect role if you thrive in a

    solutions and enjoy building relationships and influencing change across

    diverse teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Build strong relationships with OCC leaders and frontlineteams to ensure transparency and open communication.

    + Gather feedback, identify process gaps, and consultacross teams to diagnose problems and recommend improvements that enhanceefficiency and collaboration.

    + Map processes from both technical and operationalperspectives; develop documentation including flowcharts, process maps, and visualguides.

    + Facilitate cross-functional sessions to design actionableprocesses that are practical and aligned with Delta’s strategic goals.

    + Create and deliver executive-level and cross-divisionalcommunications that clearly convey complex information, presenting it conciselyand tailored to diverse audiences.

    + Keep stakeholders informed of project status and keyupdates.

    + Support implementation and process reinforcement throughdocumentation, training materials and face-to-face engagement.

    + Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentwhile maintaining attention to detail.

    + Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the abilityto influence without authority.

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    + Proven experience leading projects, process optimization,and organizational design.

    + Strong organizational and project management skills,including collaboration, prioritization and adaptability.

    + Process-oriented thinker who drives customer-focusedsolutions.

    + Facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability toguide and achieve win-win outcomes.

    + Strong focus on building team culture and drivingcollaboration across the organization.

    + Exceptional analytical skills with the ability tointerpret data and identify improvement opportunities.

    + Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively withina team.

    + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.

    + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

    + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.

    + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to workin the United States.

    What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

    + Expertise in industrial engineering, including Leanmethodologies, systems optimization, and modeling.

    + Experience in process optimization or a strong analyticalbackground, with proficiency in tools such as SQL and PowerBI.

    + Working knowledge of OCC roles and responsibilitiesand/or airline operations.
