    Pay Range: $45-54

    4 Days onsite, with flexibility to work remote 1 day per week based on performance and business needs.

     

    Potentially open to part-time work based on candidate availability.

     

    The TA Project Manager leads prioritized recruiting initiatives through an established PMO cadence—driving planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to hit hiring targets on time and within budget. The role orchestrates work across TA, HR, business stakeholders, RPO partners, and analytics/HR tech functions, leveraging Workday Recruiting, Excel/Power BI, and TA dashboards to monitor progress and unblock delivery.

    Required Qualifications

    o 3+ years proven project management experience in TA/HR programs (stakeholder management, communications, planning, tracking, reporting, analytics, budget control).

    o Hands on Workday or other ATS recruiting experience—comfortable pulling and analyzing reports.

    o Advanced Excel; working knowledge of Power BI, or other analytical software, for TA metrics.

    o Experience coordinating with RPO/vendors and cross functional HR partners.

    Preferred Qualifications

    o Familiarity with PMO recruiting methodology (role tagging, cadence, dashboards) and A3/Daily Management or similar Lean practices.
