Position Pay:

$23.16

After 6 Months:

$26.78

Must be available to work all shifts.

1st Shift - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

2nd Shift - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

3rd Shift - 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

This is a Union position that follows a Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Primary Purpose:

Setup, adjust, maintain and operate converting machine W+D and all associated equipment.

Job Duties:

+ Setup size change for current product line

+ Process W+D Flexo Plates

+ Perform machine troubleshooting as required

+ Operate high speed envelope converting/printing machine

+ Operate motorized power equipment

+ Perform TPM’s as required

+ Able to replace and set rotary knifes

+ Able to maintain 5S and a safe work environment

+ Understand and perform Color Management

+ Understand and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Use test and gauge equipment

+ Able to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

+ Able to work with computer and automation equipment

+ Able to work with solvents, oil and grease

+ Ability to work from heights

+ Use hand and power tools

Education Requirements:

+ High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
