    Are you a detail‑driven surveying professional who’s ready to expand beyond technical work and take on greater ownership in project coordination? Do you enjoy supporting teams, solving problems, and contributing to both field accuracy and project organization?

     

    CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking aSurvey Project Managerto join ourSurvey Geospatial Teamworkingremotely. This is your opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge while gaining meaningful exposure to project planning, tracking, and team collaboration.

    What You'll Do:

    + Manage survey projects from development of project proposals through completion

    + Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contact

    + Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors

    + Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations

    + Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan

    + Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects

    What You Bring:

    + High school diploma required; Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Minimum of 7 years of related experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience required

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other management software required; MicroStation and InRoads experience preferred

    + Solid understanding of surveying principles, field methods, and industry standards

    + Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

    + Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks

    + Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills

    + Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

    + Professional representation and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with the public

    + Valid driver’s license required with the ability to travel short-term preferred

    + Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred

    + LSIT or PLS certification preferred

    Salary Range:

    $85,000 - $100,000

     

    Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
