What You'll Do:

+ Lead manufacturing and advanced ‑ technology facility projects, develop innovative engineering designs, process solutions, facility layouts, technical reports, and contract documents while guiding cross ‑ disciplinary engineering teams

+ Provide expert consultation and resolve complex engineering challenges, ensuring compliance with industry standards, operational reliability, and client performance expectations

+ Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed project phases across architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, and process engineering disciplines

+ Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior and mid ‑ level engineering staff

+ Conduct engineering studies, system evaluations, feasibility analyses, and prepare technical reports for clients and internal leadership

+ Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical narratives for clients, industry partners, and stakeholders

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or other related engineering field required; Master’s degree preferred

+ Minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience required

+ Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

+ Experience with engineered equipment and process solutions, practical in-plant/hands-on field engineering and management, and FEL project life cycle through construction for process piping projects are desired

+ Expert knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialty areas

+ Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office

+ Proven leadership skills and ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred

+ Deep understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws

Salary Range:

$145,000 - $160,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
