Our client, a leading Life Sciences company, is seeking a Chemistry Expert to join their team. As a Chemistry Expert, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting analytical testing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and self-motivation, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Chemistry Expert

**Location:** Cleveland, OH

**Pay Range:** $24.67 – $33.46/ hr

What’s the Job?

+ Perform analytical testing using methods such as IR, pH, TLC, solubility, and other wet chemistry techniques.

+ Execute validation protocols and compendial testing methods (USP/EP/JP).

+ Review analytical data and conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy.

+ Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.

+ Maintain proper laboratory safety, documentation practices (GDP), and data integrity.

What’s Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Life Science with a minimum of 5 years of lab experience, **or** Associate degree with 10+ years of lab experience.

+ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office/365 and general lab instrumentation.

+ Strong critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Knowledge of GMP laboratory standards, cGMP/ISO9001/14001/45001 management systems.
