CNC Machinist - 1st shift

About the Role

In this position, you’ll be responsible for operating CNC equipment—primarily a **Horizontal Mill** —and ensuring that all parts meet quality and inspection standards. You’ll work closely with other machinists, learn additional CNC equipment, and help keep our machines running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

+ Set up and operate CNC machines

+ Support fellow CNC operators as needed

+ Learn and operate additional CNC equipment to expand your skill set

+ Perform routine maintenance to keep machines in top condition

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

What We’re Looking For

+ High School Diploma or GED preferred

+ **Minimum of 3-5 years CNC machine operator experience** ,

+ Strong background in machine shop operations

+ Ability to read and understand basic G&M code

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally

+ Comfortable standing for long periods of time
