    GENERAL FUNCTION

    The UM Support Analyst/Admin administrative and data entry work supporting UM prior authorization requests, work in Facets, Filebound, Jira, outbound notification calls to providers and members.

    Specific Skills Needed:

    Mandatory and/or minimum requirements data entry experience, familiarity with excel and office

     

    Desirable attributes/qualifications* Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask

     

    Prior HealthFirst & Anthem prior authorization experience a plus.
