    Job Description:

    * This role focuses on the development, qualification, and support of materials and processes used in acrylic aircraft windows and canopies.

    * The M&P Engineer will work closely with Design, Project, Stress, and Manufacturing teams to ensure materials, bonding methods, coatings, and curing processes meet performance, safety, and certification requirements.

    * This includes support of bonded multi-ply acrylic structures, adhesive selection, autoclave curing processes, and specialized coatings such as vapor deposition.

    * The role requires strong technical judgment, hands-on process knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot material or process issues during development and production.

    * Experience in regulated aerospace environments and close collaboration with manufacturing teams is critical.

    * Transparency or acrylic experience is a strong plus but not required.

    Software/Tools Used:

    * Engineering drawings and specifications

    * Microsoft Office (documentation, analysis, reporting)
