    Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Technician to join their team. As a Warehouse & Logistics Technician, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations Department supporting Technical Services, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Warehouse & Logistics Technician

    **Location:** Malvern, PA

    **Pay Range:** $24 – $25/hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Receive, sample, store, and ship APIs and supplies in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and client requirements

    + Utilize Oracle and site scheduling tools for receipts, inventory, sampling, and shipment documentation

    + Prepare and ship hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with IATA and DOT regulations

    + Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities with couriers, customs brokers, QA, and Tech Services

    + Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and safety standards

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Prior warehouse experience; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

    + Proficiency with computer systems such as Oracle and Microsoft Office

    + Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and support off-shift hours as needed
