Our client is also seeking a **Payment Operations Specialist** to support the **Customer Reconciliation. Set Up team** within their fraud prevention operations. This role is primarily **data entry–focused** and requires strong attention to detail in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.
**Job Title:** Payment Operations Specialist
**Location:** Riverside, RI – Hybrid (onsite 4 days per week after training)
Pay Range:** Up to **$18/hr (W2)
**Duration:** 5 months with potential for extension or conversion
What’s the Job?
+ Support the Set Up side of the Positive Pay check fraud prevention product
+ Perform accurate data entry for tickets logged in the system
+ Review and process tickets according to same-day, 2-day, and 10-day SLAs
+ Coordinate with sales teams and relationship managers for account setup
+ Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal procedures
What’s Needed?
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
+ Data entry, banking, fraud, or check processing experience preferred
+ Comfort working in ticket-based, SLA-driven environments
+ Familiarity with Mainframe and nCino (Salesforce) systems a plus
+ Flexibility and adaptability to process changes and automation
