Overview
+ We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA TM & EWM Lead Consultant to join the Software Engineering team for Project 0011883367 – S/4 Initiate Phase 0.
+ The client is a global leader in healthcare products and services, committed to improving health and well-being worldwide.
+ As an Application Developer (Level 8), you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for designing, configuring, and leading SAP TM/EWM solutions aligned with end-to-end logistics and transportation processes. This role includes hands-on configuration, advisory responsibilities, and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead hands-on configuration of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM)
+ Provide end-to-end (E2E) logistics process expertise, including advisory and consulting support
+ Act as SME for SAP TM and advanced SAP EWM
+ Manage and mentor team members; oversee task execution and technical decisions
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver solutions
+ Drive key architectural and functional decisions across multiple teams
+ Develop innovative application solutions to enhance business processes and user experience
+ Perform testing, validation, and release activities to ensure quality and performance
+ Support integration of SAP TM with SAP EWM (nice-to-have)
+ Work in Agile environments, participating in Jira-based sprint activities
+ Stay current with SAP best practices and industry trends
+ Support Life Science orchestration/automation tools and integration with SAP VCM / ICSM (desired)
Required Skills & Experience
+ Advanced SAP S/4HANA TM – Hands-on configuration experience
+ Advanced SAP EWM (P3 – Advanced proficiency)
+ Deep understanding of end-to-end logistics & transportation processes
+ Strong advisory, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills
+ People management / team leadership experience
+ Experience working in Configuration & Release Management (Intermediate level)
