    Our client, a leading organization in the digital marketing and personalization industry, is seeking a Product Manager - Adobe Target to join their dynamic team. As a Product Manager - Adobe Target, you will be an integral part of the product development and management team supporting innovative initiatives.     What's the Job?

     

    + Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

    + Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

    + Define test cases, review testing results, and approve features for deployment.

    + Promote a testing-first mindset to uphold high quality standards across deliverables.

    + Collaborate with Scrum Masters, engineering, and content teams to remove blockers and support sprint goals.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience with personalization and experimentation platforms, preferably Adobe Target.

    + Strong technical acumen with a history of working in complex, technically driven organizations.

    + Ability to write clear and precise user requirements for business metrics, datasets, and dashboards.

    + Proficiency in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
