    Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project/Program Manager, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Senior Project/Program Manager

    **Location:** Boise, ID / San Jose, CA / Remote

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead a multi-phase, enterprise program focused on AI-driven analytics enablement and data modernization.

    + Drive program governance, scope discipline, and dependency management across multiple teams.

    + Partner with Finance leadership, AI/data experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, timelines, and operating mechanisms.

    + Facilitate executive-level meetings and reporting, ensuring visibility for VP and CFO stakeholders.

    + Champion change management and adoption, including communication, training, and UAT coordination.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 15+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and enterprise initiatives.

    + Proven ability to deliver results in a compressed timeline.

    + Technology-first mindset with experience in data & analytics programs, AI-driven initiatives, and Master Data Management (MDM).

    + Strong strategic thinking, proactive leadership, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    + Exceptional executive communication skills and comfort leading through ambiguity.

    + PMP certification required; Change Management or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
