Our client, a leading organization in the financial regulation sector, is seeking a Instructional Designer Contract to join their team. As a Instructional Designer Contract, you will be part of the Learning & Development Department supporting the Training and Compliance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Instructional Designer Contract
Pay Range: $85.50
What's the Job?
+ Develop and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance supporting staff learning outcomes
+ Modernize training formats to facilitate easy updates and align with enterprise standards and best practices
+ Support the launch of high-visibility programs such as the College of Examinations (COE) and College of Risk Monitoring (CORM)
+ Update course content to reflect organizational changes and current regulatory processes
+ Design engaging microlearning courses and multimedia learning experiences to enhance retention and practical application
What's Needed?
+ Instructional Design certification or equivalent experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Corporate Training, or related field; Master’s preferred
+ Proficiency with training authoring software such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
+ At least 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training roles
+ Experience with educational video production, development, and editing is a plus
