Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing General Labor to join their team. As a Manufacturing General Labor, you will be part of the industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and physical stamina, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing General Labor

**Location:** Pelham, AL

Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

**Shift:** Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

+ Load and unload various wood products efficiently and safely

+ Perform heavy lifting up to 40 pounds repeatedly to support manufacturing processes

+ Maintain good attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth operations

+ Assist with general labor tasks as needed within the manufacturing environment

+ Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times

What's Needed?

+ Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required

+ Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly

+ Good attendance and reliability

+ Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

+ Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions
