    Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Project Manager (Plano ONLY) to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager (Plano ONLY), you will be an integral part of the Data Management and Data Governance department supporting global initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

    Pay Range:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate and manage data lifecycle management projects and data product executions globally to enhance organizational data capabilities.

    + Collaborate closely with business and functional leadership to improve alignment and foster effective data management practices worldwide.

    + Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects and programs, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.

    + Communicate project outcomes, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards across teams.

    + Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business, technology, compliance, and risk teams, to facilitate seamless project delivery.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 7-10 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in financial services or related industries.

    + Proficiency in project management tools such as GPP, PPRT, or PCM, and experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.

    + Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile processes, including SAFe.

    + Experience managing large-scale programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.

    + Excellent communication, coordination, and risk mitigation skills, with a focus on execution and project health.
