Our client, a manufacturing organization in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Industrial Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Cincinnati, OH

**Pay Range:** Based upon experience

**Shift:** Training on 1st shift, then moving to 2nd shift.

What's the Job?

+ Perform maintenance on plant electrical, mechanical, and other systems with limited supervision

+ Initiate and complete work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

+ Study blueprints and manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery

+ Install, replace, and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation

+ Participate in production changeovers and adjustments to maximize efficiency

What's Needed?

+ 3-5 years of experience in industrial mechanics or related field

+ Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and control systems

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and equipment

+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
