Description
As a Science Program Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor for Senior AGI-DS scientists and Customers, providing expert consultation on ML/Gen AI data collections and managing director level customer relationships. You will be an expert at looking round corners and partnering with our customers to identify trends and translating this into actionable change within our business.
You'll drive business value through technical advisory and partnership building, with oversight across a customers account and workstreams ensuring we delight our customers and deliver meaningful change for their models.
Key job responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Be the first point of contact and the account owner for our key science customers
- Build and execute plans for fulfilling the customer's mid-term and long-term data needs across diverse domains, novel data formats, and multiple fulfillment channels
- Find the opportunities for multiplying innovation across different data workstreams, leading advances into science and complex data representations
- Work across teams, with a wide range of stakeholders, and elbow-to-elbow with our scientists and Language Engineers as well as with partner product teams.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 3+ years experience in complex data creation for AI models
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
