Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Service Management Engineer w/ strong data analysis & reporting skills to join their team. As a Service Management Engineer you will be part of the Operational Excellence team supporting collaboration and productivity infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $70
What's the Job?
+ Collaborate with operational teams to establish technical requirements and drive solutions for process efficiency.
+ Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
+ Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and executive presentations for senior leadership.
+ Manage change, problem, and inventory management processes within ServiceNow and other tools.
+ Support lifecycle management to ensure environment stability and continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
+ Proficiency in Excel, with experience in Tableau and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
+ Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA, including Scrum Master exposure is a plus.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to interact confidently with senior leadership.
+ Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
+ Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with onsite presence required three days a week.
