The Amazon Fresh Learning & Development team drives operational excellence through innovative, scalable training solutions. We're seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced environment where we constantly raise the bar on talent development. In this role, you'll design and deliver impactful learning programs that empower Associates and Leaders across our Grocery operations. Key job responsibilities
• Leading the end-to-end development and implantation of learning programs that drive operational excellence across multiple grocery businesses
• Design eLearning modules, knowledge assessments, and other performance support resources. • Designing and implementing measurement strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders across regions and functions to align learning solutions with business priorities
• Creating scalable mechanisms for program adoption, quality control, and impact measurement
• Managing cross-functional projects through all stages from initiation to closeout
• Developing data-driven insights to inform program strategy and demonstrate business impact
• Championing associate development needs while balancing business requirements and operational constraints
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 1+ years of instructional design experience (Articulate, Vyond, Adobe, Camtasia or other video/graphic design software)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Completed bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as business, education, instructional design, or organizational development
- Operational experience, either inside or outside Amazon
- Experience with learning management systems (KNet, Amazon Learn) or other online remote learning platforms.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
