Our client, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a Project Manager - Onsite to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager - Onsite, you will be part of the project management department supporting data collection and video engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to compliance and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager - Onsite

What's the Job?

+ Oversee the entire lifecycle of video engineering data collection projects from initiation to delivery.

+ Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project success.

+ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including data privacy laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

+ Coordinate with site leads and moderators to meet quality and timeliness standards for project deliverables.

+ Conduct weekly synchronization meetings with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in IT project management, especially in video engineering and data collection projects.

+ Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements related to data privacy and security.

+ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred.

+ Ability to manage resources effectively and address project challenges proactively.
