Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Line and Quality Inspection workers to join their team. You will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong focus on quality control, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Line Workers Quality Inspection

**Location:** Jacksonville, FL

**Pay Range:** $15.75 - $16.50 for day shift, $17 - $18.25 for night shift

Shift: 6-6 on a 2 day on, 2 day off, 3 day on rotation (working every other weekend)

What's the Job?

+ Perform quality checks on products or parts to ensure standards are met

+ Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain safety and efficiency

+ Position or align components and parts manually or with hoists during assembly

+ Use tools and equipment carefully to prevent damage and ensure precision

+ Halt production when quality defects or equipment malfunctions are identified and report issues promptly

What's Needed?

+ Focus on quality control and attention to detail

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Willingness to work in shifts and stand for up to 12 hours

+ Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

+ Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures
