    Our client, a leading organization in the technology and hardware industry, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 to join their team. This role sits on a **cloud operations and program management team supporting Azure Specialized compute** . The primary focus is **day-to-day operational execution** —triaging and managing engineering tickets, coordinating between cloud engineering teams, and ensuring compute/SKU data is accurate, complete, and flowing through the system. It’s a **hands-on technical program role** with a strong mix of **cloud engineering knowledge, ticketing workflows, and Power BI reporting** , rather than a single long-term project.

     

    **Job Title:** Program Manager Tech 2

    **Location:** Remote - PST hours

    **Pay Range:** $45/hr - $50/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.

    + Drive program and project schedules, providing regular status reports.

    + Create and review functional specifications to guide product or service implementation.

    + Support in managing the triage process for tickets between engineering teams, focusing on build SKUs and process improvements.

    + Maintain and develop PowerBI dashboards, adjusting to evolving data and process requirements.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum 3 years of experience with a cloud engineering background.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience with ticketing systems (preferably ADO) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.

    + Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerBI.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience with Engineering Change Management or program management for engineering teams.

    + Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and communicate effectively across teams.
