    Our client, a leading industrial organization is seeking a Facility Coordinator to join their team. As a Facility Coordinator, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Facility Coordinator

    **Location:** Salt Lake City, UT

    **Pay Range:** 40,000–$48,000 annually

    **Shift:** General shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM start, 8.5-hour workday

    **Start Date:** ASAP

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, utilities, and general maintenance

    + Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely delivery of facility services

    + Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment

    + Support compliance with safety and security standards

    + Assist with scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + At least 3 years of experience in facility coordination or office operations

    + Strong vendor management and organizational skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues quickly

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    + Familiarity with basic electrical or mechanical systems (preferred, not mandatory)
