    Our client, a Tier 1 automotive supplier is seeking a 2nd shift Process Technician to join their team. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the Injection Molding dept. supporting Plastic Injection Molding The ideal candidate will have 2 shot injection molding, good attitude and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Process Technician-Molding

     

    Pay Range: $54,000 to $68,000/k

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Scrap Rates for assigned presses

    + Monitor actual cycle times / efficiency

    + Up Keep of Process Parameter sheets ( Info to Engineer)

    + Assist in Mold changes (team with Setup Technicians)

    + Identify Problems (Press / Robot / EOAT) Feedback to Engineer)

    + Logbook Entry / Pass down of shift Issues

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + 5+ years of Prior two shot injection molding processing experience and technical training

    + Must be able to lift 75 lbs

    + Must be able to climb in and out of machines; strenuous work

    + Must be able to work at various heights; climbing ladders

    + High School Diploma / GED
