Our Machine Learning Acceleration (MLA) team develops the SOCs that are used to power today's AI workloads in datacenters all around the world. As a DevOps Software Engineer, you'll contribute to the project at the ground level by automating workflows and developing large-scale solutions that accelerate silicon development - it's still Day One here at Amazon!
We're searching for an experienced DevOps Software Engineer who is familiar with RTL design and/or verification processes, with a proven track record of handling challenges at scale. In this role, you'll be working closely with architects, designers, verification engineers, and other team members to gather metrics, visualize data, and build comprehensive dashboards, monitors, and alerts that enable tracking, forecasting, and debugging of infrastructure failures.

Design and implement big-data architecture for ASIC development metrics
Partner with teams to identify and integrate relevant metrics into centralized repositories
* Create intuitive dashboards, monitors, and alerts for actionable insights
* Provide technical support for infrastructure issues and troubleshooting
* Optimize design flows and infrastructure efficiency across the silicon development pipeline
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools including Continuous Integration / Deployment, Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
