Our client is seeking a Loan Closing professional to join their team. As a Loan Closing specialist, you will be part of the Business Controls Department - Americas Division (BCDAD), supporting the Agency & Special Product Services team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate, review, and input data for new deals and amendments in Loan IQ and other systems.

+ Ensure accurate reflection of credit agreements in bank books and support documentation.

+ Monitor and follow up on past-due principal, interest, and fees to ensure collection.

+ Process drawdowns, paydowns, LC activity, and fees efficiently and accurately.

+ Collaborate with Treasury Desk to coordinate daily funding requirements for managed loans.

+ Experience interpreting credit agreements and related documentation.

+ Knowledge of various loan types and servicing processes.

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

+ Proficiency in loan systems such as Loan IQ or similar platforms.

+ Ability to communicate effectively via email and telephone with diverse stakeholders.
