    Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for **Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator** opportunities in **Aurora, IL** .

    Responsibilities for a Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to:

    + Operate **stand-up forklifts** (Raymond or Crown), **cherry pickers** , turret trucks, hand jacks, and other warehouse equipment

    + Accurately **pick, put away, transport, store, and retrieve materials**

    + Identify, sort, stack, audit, and locate parts and supplies efficiently

    + Comply with all **safety guidelines** , company policies, and procedures

    + Maintain facility cleanliness using **5S methodology** and participate in team/safety meetings

    + Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned

    Candidates for Warehouse Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + **Minimum 6 months of stand-up forklift experience** (required)

    + **1–2 years of warehouse experience**

    + Ability to operate **computers and scanners** ; working knowledge of **SAP** preferred

    + Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    + Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing operational demands

    + Ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift over 30 lbs, and work in **hot and cold environments**

    + **High School Diploma or GED** required

    + Must wear **safety shoes and safety glasses** (required on day one)
