    We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in Southwest Virginia to hire an **Electrical Engineer** to support **new product development** for innovative electronic products. They’re looking for someone with hands-on experience who can own designs and help move products from concept into production.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Design and support **electrical hardware and firmware** for microcontroller-based products

    + Create system-level electrical designs, schematics, and **Bills of Materials (BOMs)**

    + Support product launches by working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams

    + Develop technical specifications, test plans, and validation documentation

    + Participate in prototype builds, testing, and early customer evaluations

    + Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within engineering and manufacturing

    What They’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering**

    + 3+ years of experience in electrical design or new product development

    + Strong background in **analog and digital circuit design**

    + Experience with **PCB design and layout** (Altium preferred)

    + Exposure to RF/wireless communication is a plus

    + Comfortable working in a hands-on, on-site engineering environment

    Nice to Have

    + Experience with low-power electronics, battery-powered systems, or electromechanical components

    + Familiarity with embedded systems or microcontrollers (PIC, ARM, etc.)

    + Manufacturing or product testing experience (HALT, standards, validation)
