    + **Contract Type:** Temporary

    + **Pay:** $18.00 per hour

    + **Shift/Hours:** Night Shift | Schedule: 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM

    Essential Duties:

    + Operate and adjust slitter equipment for advanced jobs, meeting quality and productivity standards.

    + Review daily work schedule and job specifications.

    + Lead and coordinate assigned production team.

    + Perform frequent inspections and record results in the MIS system.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety and ISO procedures.

    + Troubleshoot semi-routine mechanical issues and make adjustments to optimize production.

    At a minimum, you’ll need:

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating industrial machinery.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to lead teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Basic math skills and familiarity with MIS systems.

    + Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
