    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a leading organization to recruit a **Project / Program Manager** with 5+ years of experience in CPG, pharmaceutical, or pet food environments. This is a high-performing, hybrid role supporting complex Innovation & Renovation (I&R) initiatives across multiple brands, segments, and functions.

    **Location:** St. Louis, MO

    **Hybrid Schedule** : Monday–Thursday onsite, **remote Fridays** 8am-5pm

    **Competitive Pay** : Up to $63.46/hour

    Key Responsibilities

    Project & Program Management

    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver I&R projects of varying complexity (multi-brand, multi-segment)

    • Mobilize project resources and onboard new team members efficiently

    • Develop, control, and monitor end-to-end project plans

    • Drive delivery against scope, timeline, cost, and quality objectives

    • Proactively manage risks, changes, and dependencies while enabling fast decision-making

    • Manage and align stakeholders across all organizational functions

    • Capture learnings and continuously drive process improvement

    Process & Practices

    • Execute projects in alignment with Nestlé I&R (I2L) processes and principles

    • Ensure compliance with global governance and requirements

    • Guide, train, and support stakeholders on established project processes

    • Contribute to the continuous evolution of project management practices

    Required Experience & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • 5+ years of project and/or program management experience within CPG, pharmaceutical, or pet food industries

    • Strong background in Innovation & Renovation initiatives

    • Experience partnering with Technical teams (R&D, Product Development, Packaging, Supply Chain, InterMarket) and/or Commercial teams

    • Portfolio or Program Management experience strongly preferred

    • Smartsheet experience highly desired

    **Pay Details:** $63.46 per hour
