Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **HR Specialist** to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone with a small amount of HR or administrative experience who is looking to grow their career in human resources. The HR Specialist will assist with employee lifecycle processes, maintain records, support reporting, and help coordinate events and initiatives.
Pay Rate: 27 to 32/hr based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation (physical and digital)
+ Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, checklists, and system updates
+ Support new hire orientation sessions and employee communications
+ Prepare basic HR reports and assist with data tracking and audits
+ Coordinate and help plan employee events, meetings, and training sessions
+ Obtain quotes from vendors for events, supplies, and services and assist with vendor coordination
+ Respond to routine HR-related inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources
+ Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
+ Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
+ 0–2 years of experience in HR, administrative, or office support roles
+ Basic knowledge of human resources processes is preferred but not required
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Education
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

**Pay Details:** $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
