We’re looking for an **eCommerce Account Manager** to join our **Global Fortune 500 Tech Client** where you’ll help shape strategic affinity programs that drive revenue and strengthen partner relationships. About the Role
As an Account Manager for our Affinity Programs, you’ll oversee accounts within MPP, EPP, and CEPP channels, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional partner engagement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns, optimize customer experience, and support revenue goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
• **Account Management:**
o Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned partners
o Manage day-to-day relationships and coordinate internal resources
o Support regular partner touchpoints and business reviews
• **Marketing & Campaign Execution:**
o Implement approved marketing plans and promotions
o Share campaign assets, updates, and timelines with partners
o Ensure accurate and timely delivery of promotional materials
• **Performance Tracking:**
o Monitor KPIs such as traffic, orders, and revenue
o Compile performance reports and escalate risks or anomalies
o Support ad-hoc data requests and summaries
• **CEPP Support:**
o Assist with CEPP store setup and operational needs
o Coordinate training sessions and enablement materials
o Partner with Relationship teams to drive CEPP growth
• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
o Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and CX teams
o Follow established processes to ensure smooth program delivery
o Proactively identify and resolve execution gaps or partner issues
What We’re Looking For
• **Basic Qualifications:**
o 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, eCommerce operations, Digital Marketing, or Program Coordination
o Experience managing partner relationships or client-facing accounts
o Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• **Preferred Skills:**
o Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and online marketing
o Comfort working with performance data and reporting
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
o Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first mindset

**Pay Details:** $42.50 per hour
