    + **Contract Type:** Temp

    + **Pay:** $18.00 per hour

    + **Shift/Hours:** Night Shift, Rotational Schedule (7:15 PM – 7:15 AM)

    Essential Duties:

    + Operate overwrap equipment (feeders, wrappers, conveyors, shrink wrap) to meet production goals.

    + Set up jobs according to specifications and ensure quality standards.

    + Troubleshoot and make basic mechanical adjustments to minimize downtime.

    + Monitor feeders and inspect wrapped packs for quality, reducing waste and spoilage.

    + Accurately record production data in MIS system.

    + Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and ISO requirements.

    At a minimum, you’ll need:

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    + At least 1 year of experience operating technical equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

    + Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and stand for long periods.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

    + Basic math skills and proficiency with MIS systems.
