    **Position:** Materials Specialist – Shipping & Receiving

    **Location:** Clearwater, Florida

    **Pay:** $17.50/hour, weekly pay

    Overview:

    Adecco is hiring a Materials Specialist in Shipping & Receiving to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing materials and inventory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Order Preparation:** Assemble, label, and pack orders accurately to support efficient production.

    + **Stockroom Management:** Navigate the stockroom, pick and deliver items using item numbers, bin locations, and quantities.

    + **Inventory Accuracy:** Perform daily cycle counts to maintain precise inventory levels.

    + **System Updates:** Enter accurate, timely information in our enterprise system to ensure seamless operations.

    + **Problem Solving:** Identify constraints, prioritize tasks, and meet customer requirements.

    + **Inventory Support:** Handle stock put-away, movement, work order releases, and cross-department collaboration.

    + **Shipping & Receiving:** Prepare parts and products for shipment and ensure proper packaging.

    Qualifications:

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    + Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Comfortable using enterprise systems for data entry and inventory tracking
