Verdantas is seeking a Mid-level Civil Land Services Engineer to support our growing team in the Wilkes-Barre, PA office.
As a Civil Land Services Engineer, you'll work with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to high-impact site development projects.

What You’ll Do:
+ Develop and implement health and safety plans, including client-specific documentation (e.g., JSAs)
+ Perform data analysis and computations using software tools
+ Create plans, specifications, and reports following Verdantas CAD standards
+ Support the Project Manager by reviewing team outputs and tracking progress in project management software
+ Provide technical guidance and evaluate engineering solutions
+ Collect and interpret data from research, fieldwork, and testing
+ Draft reports and submit to the Project Manager for review
+ Prepare cost estimates and coordinate quality assurance
+ Assemble permit applications and liaise with agencies under PM direction
+ Contribute to proposal development through site visits, scope definition, and drafting
+ Participate in client meetings and communicate technical details
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
+ 4-7 years of experience in land services, civil-site engineering design
+ AutoCAD proficient, Civil 3D a plus
+ Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software
Salary Range:
The compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000, with final compensation determined based on years of experience, qualifications, and licensing status.
