    Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/hr DOE

    Position Type: Full-time

    Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Install conduit, cable trays, wiring, and electrical components in accordance with NEC and project specifications

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

    + Perform electrical terminations, panel installations, and equipment hookups

    + Collaborate with other trades and project teams to ensure accurate and timely installations

    + Conduct testing and inspections to verify system integrity and compliance

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols

    + Document work progress and report issues to supervisors

    Requirements:

    + Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License

    + Minimum of 4 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience

    + Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and electrical codes

    + Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces

    + Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

    + Must pass background check and drug screening

    Preferences:

    + Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments

    + Familiarity with large‑scale installation projects

    + Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, high‑precision environments

    Physical Effort/Activities:

    + May be required to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms

    + Ability to bend, twist, crouch, kneel, and work in confined spaces

    + Must be able to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed

    + Adherence to all PPE requirements, including safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, and additional protective gear as required
