Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Dickinson, Texas. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow within our organization while contributing to the management of billing, collections, and financial reporting. The role requires on-site work and provides a casual, comfortable work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage billing processes across multiple client portals, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Prepare and analyze aging reports to monitor outstanding payments and identify collection priorities.

• Handle collections by following up with clients and resolving payment discrepancies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing workflows and maintain accurate financial records.

• Train on billing procedures for various client systems to ensure efficient operations.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards in all accounts receivable activities.

• Utilize financial software to input data and generate reports; experience with Viewpoint Spectrum is a plus.

• Foster positive relationships with clients to support smooth billing and payment processes.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounts receivable efficiency and implement solutions. Requirements • Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.

• Strong proficiency in managing billing processes and client portals.

• Ability to analyze aging reports and take appropriate action.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle collections effectively.

• Familiarity with financial software; Viewpoint Spectrum experience is preferred but not required.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.

• Comfortable working on-site in a casual work environment.

• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
