    What You’ll Do

    As an Indirect Materials & Services Central Planner, you will play a key role in supporting procurement and supplier processes by:

    - Converting requisitions and shopping carts into purchase orders

     

    - Resolving blocked invoices, delinquent orders, PO transmission issues, and shopping cart errors

     

    - Educating, training, and providing on-demand support to suppliers and internal stakeholders

     

    - Executing the Annual Framework process

     

    - Partnering cross-functionally to ensure smooth procure-to-pay operations

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    - 1+ year of experience in Supply Management and/or Logistics

     

    - 1+ year of SAP Materials Management experience

     

    - Experience within a Procure-to-Pay environment (requisition to purchase order)

     

    - Customer service experience supporting internal or external stakeholders

     

    - Exposure to data and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau

     

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills

     

    - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

     

    - High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    Education

    - Bachelor’s degree preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply!)
