Description

We are looking for an experienced FP& A Manager to join our team on a contract to hire basis in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, particularly within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing budgeting processes, financial modeling, and forecasting for multiple entities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee annual budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Create and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with multiple entities to consolidate financial information and provide accurate reporting.

• Ensure compliance with industry-specific financial requirements and standards.

• Utilize Planful software to streamline financial planning and analysis processes.

• Prepare comprehensive budget reports and present findings to stakeholders.

• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and efficiency.

• Conduct detailed evaluations of small business lending opportunities and associated risks.

• Support the healthcare team in managing financial operations effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel formulas.

• Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting for multiple entities.

• Familiarity with Planful is a must.

• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

• Experience with small business lending and related financial evaluations.

• Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder collaboration.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards within the healthcare sector.
