Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Westchester, Illinois. In this role, you will handle customer interactions with attention to detail and efficiency, ensuring inquiries and issues are resolved to the highest standard. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly, delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries effectively.

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy, ensuring a positive resolution.

• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

• Document customer interactions thoroughly in the company's system for future reference.

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or team members when necessary.

• Consistently meet or exceed performance goals, including metrics related to call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a detail-oriented and achievement-focused demeanor during all customer interactions.

• Adapt to various customer needs and situations in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.

The salary range for this position is $18 to $18. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an advantage.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

• Proven ability to solve problems and multitask in a dynamic setting.

• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
