Description We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of both commercial and residential properties in New York, New York. This long-term contract position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage tenant relationships effectively. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic property management team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accurate distribution and tracking.

• Supervise office access and maintain security protocols for tenants and visitors.

• Manage relationships with subtenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

• Monitor property conditions and oversee maintenance activities to ensure proper upkeep.

• Handle tenant communications, including lease agreements and updates.

• Ensure compliance with HUD guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

• Assist with budgeting and financial planning for property operations.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively.

• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to manage property services effectively. Requirements

• Proven experience in property management, including residential and commercial properties.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage tenant relationships and resolve conflicts.

• Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning.

• Knowledge of property maintenance and repair processes.

• Experience working with property management systems and software.
