    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and check in visitors, ensuring they are registered and follow established site protocols.

    • Issue visitor badges using the designated system to maintain organized and secure access.

    • Provide information and assistance to guests, answering questions or directing them as needed.

    • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and maintaining visitor activity logs.

    • Answer incoming calls in a courteous and detail-oriented manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

    • Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor while representing the company at the front desk.

    • Coordinate meeting room setups and assist with scheduling as required.

    • Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures for all visitors.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations.

    • Support additional office tasks as needed to contribute to overall efficiency.

     

    Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, concierge, or similar customer-facing role.

     

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

    • Proficiency in basic computer functions and familiarity with Microsoft tools.

    • Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach and handle inquiries with confidence and courtesy.

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks effectively.

    • Comfortable working on-site and adhering to company protocols.

    • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
