Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Services Associate to join our team on a contract basis in Renton, Washington.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sorting and delivery of mail and packages to appropriate recipients within the organization.

• Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, including postage machines, to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and resolving mail-related issues.

• Conduct research to locate and verify mail or packages as required.

• Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with team members to support mailroom processes and maintain a high level of efficiency.

• Lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily responsibilities.

• Maintain a clean and organized mailroom environment to promote safety and productivity.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in streamlining workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mailroom operations or a related field.

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.

• Excellent customer service skills with a courteous and responsive approach.

• Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Skilled in problem-solving and active listening to address inquiries and challenges.
