Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York, NY. This is a long-term contract position within the non-profit sector, offering an opportunity to provide outstanding service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer care and a strong ability to manage inquiries efficiently and with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls promptly and provide accurate information to customers.
• Ensure customer inquiries are handled with attention to detail and resolved effectively.
• Process orders and maintain accurate records using internal systems.
• Assist with outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional support.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain a courteous and detail-oriented approach during all customer interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Provide detailed updates and documentation for all customer interactions.
• Stay informed about organizational offerings to provide accurate responses.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Requirements • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Proficiency in order entry and data management systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service best practices and techniques.
