    Senior Client Services Associate| Wealth Management| San Jose

    Responsibilities

    + Deliver exceptional service to sophisticated clients

    + Handle new accounts, transfers, closings, and client transactions accurately

    + Prepare trades, reports, and client meeting materials

    + Maintain client documentation and ensure compliance with firm guidelines

    + Monitor client communications and coordinate scheduling

    + Reconcile client accounts and support portfolio integrity

    Requirements

    + Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

    + 5+ years of wealth management experience

    + Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

    + Collaborative and able to contribute insights to the team

    + Familiarity with custodial platforms (Fidelity, Schwab) and tools like Black Diamond, Morningstar, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office a plus
